If you received incorrect items or the items you received are defective, please email info@softer-days.com to discuss this further.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear used or opened, or are not in their original condition.

1. What is the return period?
You may return a product within 30 days after receiving your order, provided items are in original and saleable condition.
2. How long does it take to get my money back?
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method after we receive, inspect, and confirm that the products have not been opened. All customers must contact us after sending the return and provide Track & Trace details so we can process the refund. This amount is usually credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Note: Most financial institutions take an average of 2 business days to process the refund.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you received, please contact us. If you experience any issues with the shipping or the product, contact us and our team will assist you right away.
3. Do I have to pay for my return?
Yes, all customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend sending your return with Track & Trace, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.
4. Can I return my product without contacting you first?
No, you must contact us before sending a return, as the return address may differ from the address your order originally shipped from.

6. My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
For the fastest solution, include a photo clearly showing the poor quality or damaged part of the item. The most helpful photos are on a flat surface with the label and the defect clearly visible. We will use this information to help with your order and to prevent future errors.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, the return window will unfortunately expire.

- Email your completed return form together with a photo of the products you are returning to info@softer-days.com.
- After approval, ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions below.
- Clearly mark Returns on the outer packaging of your parcel.
- Use an insured, trackable service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

Return Conditions and Guidelines
- All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.
- We are not responsible for the cost of returning items.
- Cosmetic items or lingerie cannot be returned.
- Ensure all returned items are well packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- Ensure all return parcels are shipped with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit.
- Ensure the return form has been approved — without approval your return may not be processed.
Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps
Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address, and reason for return.
Step 2: Ship your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure your parcel has a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible and we want to avoid misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount back to your account
Once we have received the parcel, we will ensure the purchase amount is back in your account within five business days.
Return Shipping Costs
We operate multiple warehouse locations for returns. Please contact us first by email at info@softer-days.com and we will provide you with the correct return address and further instructions.
Products that meet one or more of the following conditions unfortunately cannot be returned:
a. Sealed products where the seal has been broken are non-returnable.
b. Products made by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer’s specifications custom-made.
c. Products that are clearly personal in nature.
d. Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned.
Cancellation of Placed Orders
Our orders are processed immediately after checkout; therefore, cancellation is unfortunately not possible.
Damaged Products on Arrival
We are sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, products can be damaged during transport. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, the return window will expire.

For defects, we will always send a new package free of charge the first time and cannot issue a refund. If it arrives defective a second time, we will refund your full purchase amount.
