Have you found a Softer Days item you absolutely love? Perfect!

Select a color and/or size and click on ‘add to cart’.
Of course, you can continue shopping — you can always return to your shopping bag by clicking on the ‘shopping bag icon’ in the top right corner.
Note: items in your shopping bag are not reserved until checkout is completed.

Finished shopping? Then it’s time to complete your order. Click on the ‘shopping bag icon’ in the top right corner to view your Softer Days items. On the next page, you can still adjust quantities if needed. Then click on the button ‘Proceed to Checkout’. You will land on the checkout page where you can easily fill in all your details on one page.

Note: Once your order has been completed, it can no longer be changed, as it goes directly into processing so you can receive it as quickly as possible.

  1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Softer Days covers the shipping costs. You pay no shipping fees.

  1. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we ship all items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page; you will receive the link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: It may take some time before the Track & Trace status is available.

  1. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Softer Days aims for fast delivery. If you place an order before 15:00 on weekdays, we aim to process it the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, so the average delivery time is 10 – 15 business days, unless the product is in stock.

  1. I’M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT HAPPENS?

If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a notification from the driver with the pick-up location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.

  1. WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you entered an incorrect address.

  1. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace shows that your parcel was delivered to your address but you did not receive it, please notify us. After 14 days from the indicated delivery date, PostNL will start an investigation. We will keep you informed until the investigation is complete.
